This is the second edition of the Basic Resection Hands on Cadaver Course of the University of Innsbruck. The aim of this course is to provide the basic principles of the most common resections in musculosceletal oncology. This two-day course addresses surgeons who are interested in the field of musculosceletal oncology and endoprosthetic reconstructions of large bone defects. The main focus of this course is the hands on sections in which experienced and internationally known experts teach surgical skills. In addition each session of this course will be introduced by short lectures to provide detailed anatomical and surgical knowledge. This course is limited to 24 surgeons who will be trained by five instructors on five cadavers.
